Do you not know that you are the
temple of God and that the Spirit of God dwells in you?
If anyone defiles the temple of
God, God will destroy him. For the temple of God is holy, which temple
you are.

As living temples of the Most High God we have responsibilities to take care of ourselves as best as we can! Recently I found out personally just how important this is! I had a health wake up call from the Lord. You see I was destroying my temple by what I ate and all the sudden the temple began to be torn down. I had a regularly scheduled doctor's appointment which went ok to me....but later that afternoon my world fell apart!
